I use my back stretcher a few times a week for a few minutes and I have found that my back pain has decreased and my movement flows more smoothly and posture has improved. I’m still on the lower setting but looking forward to increasing to the next stage soon.

It is fantastic. I'm only using it on the first level and there are two more levels for me to explore. The results are more feel good hormones and less stress hormones. All over the whole body. I released tension I didn't even know I had. I am using every day and I've noticed the significant improvement in my rest, relaxation and body movement.

I broke my lumbar spine 2 years ago and have always had trouble and pain after Excersise or just normal day to day activities. I've not been able to stretch it properly until I got this back stretcher. I can feel how unaligned my back was as soon as I first used it but now I can notice it getting more aligned again and my pain is decreasing each day from using it 5-10 mins 2 times a day. Highly recommend.

My back often gets stiff between the shoulder blades. I always had trouble getting relief. I had previously tried a rolled up towel which was recommended by an osteopath. This back stretcher is next level. Even got a couple of little cracks from the spine. Gives a Greta stretch through the back.

I was suffering with acute onset lower back spasm and tightness that was very restrictive for a couple of days before I received the back stretcher. After just 3 x 5min sessions on the back stretcher over the 1st day, the pain and stiffness was resolved. I have since maintained a daily routine and increased to level 3 over the last 2 weeks and frankly have never felt better!
I have had a back self-care regime for years using a Yoga Trapeze, Yoga stretching, exercise and bodywork but adding this device has given me lasting relief from the usual morning stiffness. Highly recommended!

I haven’t used it enough as yet, the blue protection foam falls out too readily and could be secured a bit better. Maybe some more instructions on how to use, for what length of time and perhaps when/how to move up to the next level?

I get a very tight upper back/neck/shoulders and have to stretch everyday. Over the years I’ve tried lots of different tools to help me stretch but this is definitely one of the best. I still use a foam roller and massage ball but lying on this for a few minutes before stretching instantly relieves the pressure in my back!

In regards to some engineering designs.
I wish it had some indication of orientation. A small label saying 'lower back here' would be great.
Because the curvature of the product seems to contradict what appears to be the correct orientation.
On another note, I cant speak highly enough of the mats, I use mine so much, I works amazingly in my stressful times.
