Where do your products ship from?
We ship all orders from our Sydney warehouse
How long does shipping take?
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM are dispatched the next business day.

What is your return policy?
Please refer to our Returns / Exchange / Warranty policy for full details. Nothing in our returns policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Change-of-mind returns are handled separately under our returns policy and do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How do I clean my Mellow Mat?
- Dry Dirt and Sand: Regular vacuuming is the best way to keep your Mellow Mat looking fresh and bright. Clean loose dirt immediately to prevent deeper stains.
- Spills: For liquid spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth. For food spills, remove excess debris gently before cleaning with warm soapy water. Ensure the mat is dried thoroughly afterward.
- Deep Cleaning: Use a wet vacuum or carpet cleaning machine occasionally to refresh your rug. Always dry the mat completely before use.
Can I vacuum my Mellow Mat?
Yes! Vacuuming is effective for removing dry dirt, sand, and crumbs, thanks to the mat’s low-pile design.
How thick are the Mellow Mats?
Our Memory Mats are made with 35mm of ultra-dense memory foam, providing a luxurious, cloud-like feel
Are the Mellow Mats non-toxic?
Yes! Our Mellow Mats are made from OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Certified materials, free from flame retardants and harmful substances.
Why does my new Mellow Mat look creased?
Due to compression packaging, your Mellow Mat may initially appear creased or flattened. Allow a few days for it to decompress fully. Warmer, more humid environments can speed up this process
Can I use the Mellow Mat on polished concrete floors?
Unfortunately, Mellow Mats are not recommended for polished concrete or floors with acrylic-based finishe
What are the dimensions of the Neptune Blanket?
The Adult Neptune Blanket II is 152cm x 203cms. It comes in 4 weight sizes, 5Kg, 7Kg, 9Kg and 11Kg.
It is designed to fit on top of a queen size mattress with no over hang.
The King Size Neptune Weighted Blanket II is 203cm x 221cm. It comes in 2 weight sizes, 10kg and 12kg.
which means it fits great on a queen or King size mattress
The Super King Size Neptune Weighted Blanket II is 203cm x 254cm and comes in 1 weight, 14kg
which means it fits great on a King or Super-King size mattress
The Child Neptune Blanket comes in 2 x sizes and 2 x weights. 2.2Kg (76cm x 102cm) and 3.3Kg (105cm x142cm). The 5Kg Adult blanket can also be used for older children.
What weight blanket should I get?
We at Neptune Blanket recommend around 10% of your body weight. We have a range of adult weights available to suit all shapes and sizes and also have children blankets available. Please note, purchasing a heavier blanket will not necessarily show better results, we recommend you stick with 10% of your body weight.

What are the blankets made out of?
Our blankets are made with top quality materials. The micro beads are glass which make them sustainable. The inner blanket is made from 100% cotton and the outer cover is a super soft and durable minky fabric.
Are the Neptune Blankets washable?
Yes, our blankets are machine washable. Simply remove the inner blanket from the outer cover and wash separately on a gentle cycle.
To dry the blanket, we recommend air dry or tumble dry on an air only setting. Although our blankets are safe to tumble dry, we advise not to do that too frequently because it could cause the integrity of the fabrics to deteriorate.
Will the blanket be too hot?
When using the cover, the blankets give a medium amount of warmth. The inner blanket is made of cotton and the outer cover is a soft minky material. Remember, these blankets are designed for weight so they are able to be used all year round.
We have cotton and Tencel covers for those warmer summer months or for those people who run hot at night.
Why is my blanket pooling to the middle?
If your blanket is pooling during use, we recommend you tie the loops inside the cover to the blanket which will keep the weight evenly distributed.
Do you have a shop where I can test the blankets?
The Neptune Blanket is only available online and is not available in any retail locations.

We operate online and we warehouse in Bankstown Aerodrome, Sydney.
Refunds/Exchange

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Shipping & Estimated transit times
We do our best efforts to dispatch our goods by next business day from our Sydney dispatch location. Once we dispatch to the couriers, the transit time is dependent on the courier. We use a Australia post & Couriers Please depending on the receiver's postcode.
We offer FREE Australia-wide shipping. Orders are dispatched same or next business day if in-stock and ordered before midday.
Capital cities eastern states of Australia only : 1 to 3 business days
WA (depending on the courier) can take 5-10 working days
Rural: 3 to 5 business days
Remote: 5 to 10 business days
