What are the dimensions of the Neptune Blanket?
The Adult Neptune Blanket II is 152cm x 203cms. It comes in 4 weight sizes, 5Kg, 7Kg, 9Kg and 11Kg.
It is designed to fit on top of a queen size mattress with no over hang.
The King Size Neptune Weighted Blanket II is 203cm x 221cm. It comes in 2 weight sizes, 10kg and 12kg.
which means it fits great on a queen or King size mattress
The Super King Size Neptune Weighted Blanket II is 203cm x 254cm and comes in 1 weight, 14kg
which means it fits great on a King or Super-King size mattress
The Child Neptune Blanket comes in 2 x sizes and 2 x weights. 2.2Kg (76cm x 102cm) and 3.3Kg (105cm x142cm). The 5Kg Adult blanket can also be used for older children.
What weight blanket should I get?
We at Neptune Blanket recommend around 10% of your body weight. We have a range of adult weights available to suit all shapes and sizes and also have children blankets available. Please note, purchasing a heavier blanket will not necessarily show better results, we recommend you stick with 10% of your body weight.

What are the blankets made out of?
Our blankets are made with top quality materials. The micro beads are glass which make them sustainable. The inner blanket is made from 100% cotton and the outer cover is a super soft and durable minky fabric.
Are the Neptune Blankets washable?
Yes, our blankets are machine washable. Simply remove the inner blanket from the outer cover and wash separately on a gentle cycle.
To dry the blanket, we recommend air dry or tumble dry on an air only setting. Although our blankets are safe to tumble dry, we advise not to do that too frequently because it could cause the integrity of the fabrics to deteriorate.
Will the blanket be too hot?
When using the cover, the blankets give a medium amount of warmth. The inner blanket is made of cotton and the outer cover is a soft minky material. Remember, these blankets are designed for weight so they are able to be used all year round.
We have cotton and Tencel covers for those warmer summer months or for those people who run hot at night.
Why is my blanket pooling to the middle?
If your blanket is pooling during use, we recommend you tie the loops inside the cover to the blanket which will keep the weight evenly distributed.
Do you have a shop where I can test the blankets?
The Neptune Blanket is only available online and is not available in any retail locations.
Where are you located?
We operate online and our warehouse is located at 4 / 16 Mavis St, Revesby NSW 2212. Our showroom is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 4pm. Feel free to pop in and try out the blankets and meet the Neptune Team.
Refunds/Exchange
Weighted Blankets
It can take a little while for your body to get used to your new weighted blanket. We recommend using it for at least 10 days to determine that the weight is correct.
We have a 30 day guarantee. If you would like to return your weighted blanket for exchange or return we will happily assist. If you are returning the weighted blanket for a refund, a Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be redeemed via our website. Should you be returning your weighted blanket for an exchange we will cover the cost of the new item to be shipped out to you.

We limit exchanges/ returns to 1 time per order.
Please note that whilst we are happy for you to try out the weighted blanket for 30 days we do request that it is returned to us in original condition. This means no animal hair, food stains etc. We donate our returned weighted blanket to charities and shelters and it makes it very difficult when they come back soiled. Please keep the box as the weighted blanket will need to be sent back in the original packaging.
If your weighted blanket is dirty or has animal hair on it we kindly request that it is washed and returned to us in original condition. Should the weighted blanket come back soiled or damaged in any way there will be a 20% cleaning fee deducted from your store credit.
It is the customers responsibility to paying for the return shipping.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice with the size and colour of the item.

For change of mind returns or exchanges we have a 30-day return/exchange policy in place. All returns and refunds will be issued at out discretion for a store credit issues in the form of a gift card, redeemable on our website. All products wishing to be retuned or exchanged must be unopened in original packaging. Please note Any unapproved returns/exchanges may not be accepted.
Exchanged and returns are limited to 1 time per order.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide any refunds for change of mind in colour and size of product.
Shipping & Estimated transit times
We do our best efforts to dispatch our goods by next business day from our Sydney dispatch location. Once we dispatch to the couriers, the transit time is dependent on the courier. We use a Australia post, Sendle (Couriers Please and Fastway) Startrack, Toll and TNT depending on the receiver's postcode.
We offer FREE Australia-wide shipping. Orders are dispatched same or next business day if in-stock and ordered before midday.
Capital cities eastern states of Australia only : 1 to 3 business days
WA (depending on the courier) can take 5-10 working days
Rural: 3 to 5 business days
Remote: 5 to 10 business days
Express post is available upon request and can incur extra charges *** Please note that during COVID-19 express post is delayed up to 5 business days.
