I really genuinely love it. My partner thinks I’m a masochist. A few minutes of discomfort and then….bliss. Total endorphin buzz. I have fibromyalgia and this is so helpful. Dunno if it will help anyone else’s fibro but this definitely helps. Maybe it’s desensitising the response as well. I can’t be sure 100 percent why but I’m completely surprised.

We enjoy our blanket but we did buy the King Size with magnets and didn't really think about how heavy it actually is. I would highly recommend having two people when making the bed. I am also dreading when I have to was this as the 12 kilo weight dry will not go in my washing machine! Next time I may be two King Singles!

I first got it when I tested positive to ross river virus and was using it to relieve back,neck and shoulder pain, first time I used it was instant relief and fell asleep within 20 minutes and woke up in the middle of the night. Now I use it when ever I get the chance, I grab the mat and head phones and drift away for 20-30 minutes( longer if I fall asleep). Highly recommended

I am in love with this mat, I read a lot of reviews about different ones and from different companies before settling on this one. I must say it does not disappoint, it is better than I expected.
The first few minutes are a bit uncomfortable but if you can manage to get past that, it feels amazing after and is super relaxing. Having CFS and fibromyalgia, I find that this Mat helps with my pain and sets me up for a relaxed and deep sleep.

Took some getting used to. I recommend trying for a minute or two to start particularly if you're a heavier person. Gradually I'm now able to last for 30minutes + and get quite sleepy. I use it most mornings when I get home from night shift

My hubby and I gave use the XL Matt and pillow and we’ve both found it to be beneficial for our back , neck and lower back / hips . It’s very uncomfortable to lye on unless u have a very thin t-shirt, singlet or top to protect your skin otherwise u di get used to the feeling after about 10 minutes .,we have tried it for a maximum of 20 mins each about 3 to 5 times a week . It helps me sleep better after I’ve used it .

Having had muscular lower back pain for the last few year I was at the point of trying anything. There are many positive reviews and you’re never certain of how trustworthy they are though in the end I threw caution to the wind and thought ‘stuff it, I’ll give it a go’. The first time I used it was quite the experience I wasn’t ready for though it really loosened that muscle that has given me so much trouble, the pain has lessened with each use. In the end I am very happy with my purchase.

I got the XL mat and pillow pack (with bag) as I am 6'2 and was concerned the normal mat wouldn't be big enough (some other reviews said so). The XL mat was longer than my waist to shoulders and wider, which is fantastic so I recommend it. I also have chronic nerve damage in my lower back which I was afraid the spikes would provoke, but they didn't. The price was great for what you get and the quality of the material was good. To answer some questions my family/friends asked on the product: (1) Yes it is quiet uncomfortable for the first few minutes, especially around the flabbier areas like the love handles, (2) No it didn't pierce the skin, (3) I actually fell asleep on it within 10 minutes (I used it on a bed, not the floor) - make sure you set an alarm for yourself, (4) Yes I felt nauseous straight after leaving the mat - but it didn't last long (and these effects lessen the more you use it), (5) I feel like it has made a positive impact on me, I like it and have continued using it. The spikes are quite intense! The only downside of my experience with buying from Neptune Blanket is that the x-large mat that we purchased has wasted space on the circumference on the mat where there are no spikes at all compared to the regular mat has spikes right to the edge of its material.

Had a bad back for quiet some time, bought and started using the Neptune Matt and after a week my back was as good as gold.
As I am a FIFO worker I have bought a second Matt to leave out at work as it relieves stress from a long hard day in the office.

I use the mat for 30 minutes before i sleep most nights. First few times took a bit of getting used to. After a while i dont feel the 'pain'. The nights i use it, i sleep very well. The nights i dont, i have restless sleep.
At first i just laid still on it. I now move around.
The pillow was originally too high for what i thought it could be used for then i started experimenting with different positions. I've used it for tightness in the shoulders, neck and strangely enough its really good for rolling on if you get calf cramps.

I can't believe how good the acupressure mat is. I have had trouble sleeping for years and have tried everything. 20 Minutes on the mat before I go to bed and I am so relaxed. I am asleep within 5 minutes of my head hitting my pillow. I now sleep for 7 hours instead of 4 and a half hours.

Back and neck has given me hell, spasms, headaches etc, had adjustments and creams with some relief.
Why not pull out the Neptune Blanket, was hidden in spare room........used on bed and almost fell to sleep the other morning and again last night, not like me !
Was tough going when first used but now I just zone out and enjoy, it is a experience to be tried !
