I love my new acupressure mat! I've been raving about it to friends and family, and they have purchased / will be purchasing as well. I lie on the mat for 25-30 mins almost every night before going to bed, and I always drift off to sleep while on it. And then I end up having the deepest sleep afterwards. It's honestly the best thing ever.
This thing is life changing. I feel so much more relaxed and sleep better

Amazing, this is not for the faint hearted. It’s sharp but if you like Accupuncture and aren’t afraid of sharp trigger points on your body get it.

Fantastic quality mat, extremely spiky! Ive used other brands which were fine, but you can definitely tell the difference in quality after now using the Neptune. I have an XL mat and have been using it daily, and I keep the neck pillow actually for my feet under my computer desk which has been a great addition to my work space.
My Acupressure mat is a wonderful addition to my meditation room. I love it and throughly recommend this product 👏

I'll be honest, when I got it out of the practical storage bag.. I was scared when I felt how sharp it was. Nervous, but eager to use it! I layed down after a few minutes of discomfort I became quite warm and totally relaxed. 10 minutes went on and I was in and out of sleep I couldn't stay awake I was that relaxed. After that I laid in bed and was so comfortable I had the best sleep I've ever had in a long time! I get headaches/migraines a fair bit. Using the neck pillow if I feel a headache coming on, I lay on it for just 10 minutes and it all goes away. I can't recommend this more to anyone out there. It will change you for good!
30 minutes on the acupressure mat and cushion every evening while doing the Wim Hoff breathing method and the tantric bliss elevates my life to a whole new plane of existence.
It is fantastic. I'm only using it on the first level and there are two more levels for me to explore. The results are more feel good hormones and less stress hormones. All over the whole body. I released tension I didn't even know I had. I am using every day and I've noticed the significant improvement in my rest, relaxation and body movement.
the initial experience was a bit confronting and intense but once I got through the first 2 minutes, it was bliss. I now find myself looking forward to it every day. It has help with migraines, posture, muscle tension. I love it.
I broke my lumbar spine 2 years ago and have always had trouble and pain after Excersise or just normal day to day activities. I've not been able to stretch it properly until I got this back stretcher. I can feel how unaligned my back was as soon as I first used it but now I can notice it getting more aligned again and my pain is decreasing each day from using it 5-10 mins 2 times a day. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the mat! Currently laying on it now writing this review. A good 20-30 mins in the mat & it helps relax your whole system. Great before bed or when you need a little ‘me’ time when life gets stressful. Highly recommend and telling all my friends about it.
I absolutely love this product. It was difficult to get used to at first. But now that I use it regularly I'm sleeping better. Waking up better. And have less aches and pains generally.

Relaxing enough to fall asleep

I first got it when I tested positive to ross river virus and was using it to relieve back,neck and shoulder pain, first time I used it was instant relief and fell asleep within 20 minutes and woke up in the middle of the night. Now I use it when ever I get the chance, I grab the mat and head phones and drift away for 20-30 minutes( longer if I fall asleep). Highly recommended 👍👍👍
I was very sceptical at first but when I first layed on my acupressure mat I hated it was not impressed at all it hurt uncomfortable for the full 20 mins but OMG I sleeped so well and my back pain was virtually non existent use it everyday still hurt but wiw this product really works

I love my mat and pillow, at first i thought there is no way i can lie on this but i gave it a go and now i do it every day. Its so relaxing i have fallen asleep on it many times. Getting on and off you feel it more but after a few minutes of lying on it the magic happens and 20min of bliss!
My hubby and I gave use the XL Matt and pillow and we’ve both found it to be beneficial for our back , neck and lower back / hips . It’s very uncomfortable to lye on unless u have a very thin t-shirt, singlet or top to protect your skin otherwise u di get used to the feeling after about 10 minutes .,we have tried it for a maximum of 20 mins each about 3 to 5 times a week . It helps me sleep better after I’ve used it .

My exercise physiologist uses a massage gun on me and so I wanted to try out the Neptune, particularly as I always have muscles tension in my traps. I was quite surprised at how it eased off the muscle tightness and I use it on my neck, shoulders and glutes. It’s very versatile and I use it daily!

I discovered the existence of this mat from a colleague. I don’t like people touching me so I thought this would be close enough to having a massage. It is painful in the first few minutes as your body adjust to the level of pain. The spikes are steady and I can feel them all over and the pillow is amazing on my neck and scalp. I can’t tell yet how it works yet but it definitely released some of the discomfort I get on my neck and shoulders from sitting in front of a computer. I will keep on using to see the benefits.
Have been using my mat nearly every day since I got it, has really helped relax the muscles my back. I have used the pillow for when I've felt migraines coming due to neck tension and it really helps me beat it before it gets the point I'm out of action and feel sick. I've used the pillow by resting my forehead on it and this helps with the tension that builds up above my eyes from working in front of a monitor all day, I also stand on the mat which does seem to be helping with circulation. Highly recommend the neptune pillow and mat combo.
