We have a mellow mat in our boy’s room and it is super soft! I was intrigued when I saw this acupressure mat as it’s the opposite but my partner loves it as he has lots of aches and pains and this works wonders!
I was thrilled to get an extra long version of the Neptune Acupressure mat to aid my wellbeing. As a remedial massage therapist self care is important for me also! I wasn't sure originally as some people describe it like a bed of nails. I laid on it initially and it was not painful for me at all. The benefits were felt within a few minutes. After 15mins I was deeply relaxed ready for a good night sleep. It also reduced my pain. I do it daily before bed as a ritual. It's non negotiable now. I recommend it 100%.

Smaller than I imagined
At first is a bit uncomfortable being the first time we tried it but after few minutes it started warming up and got more comfortable. After that the feeling is very relaxing! Looking forward to be holding position for longer!!!
Great product very happy with it. Haven’t figured out how to use it in winter as with warm/thick clothes you can’t feel the spikes but otherwise loving it.
I purchased this mat because all three of us are neurodivergent. I find it so relaxing to lay on the spikes but for some reason it is also comforting on the many painful areas on my back and legs (I suffer from arthritis and fibromyalgia). My eight year old grandson absolutely loves the mat and even prefers it over his mallow mat at the moment. I highly recommend trying this mat if you fit the sensory profile.

I absolutely love it! I am only 32 and I have arthritis in my back as well as a back injury from a spinal block 6 months ago and this mat has absolutely helped ease so much pain. I also have chronic anxiety and haven't been sleeping well the past 12 months but after laying on it for just 15 - 20 minutes before bed each night I fall asleep within 10 minutes! Highly recommend! The long mat is wonderful. I can get my back and legs done in one session. My lower back pain is much better with this mat and 20 minute sessions. As I have ordered two times I have 2 head rests and they are great for just putting under sore muscles that I don't reach with the mat. Its wonderful on my feet too. Would highly recommend this mat.
Still using a thin t shirt at this stage but have found the mat very relaxing and it seems to work well on any muscle knots I have troubling me . The mat will be travelling with me on trips away as it should help my shoulders after a days driving.
